ApKmedia_Week in Review

+ Today we are linking you to the new video of our HQ in Greenpoint. Brendan H Banks is responsible for shooting and editing this piece and we hope it showcases some of the visual elements of ApKmediaHQ. 

+ We are proud to announce that the David Bazan (Pedro the Lion) show on May 7th at ApKmedia is SOLD OUT. We are truly looking forward the opportunity to have David perform in our space and glad that so many folks were excited to pick up tickets quickly via Undertow.

+ ApKmedia is presently in talks to finalize our first Web-Series and we look forward to confirming that next week. We have been impressed with the gentleman who is the subject of this series and we will be telling you more about it soon!

+ The Kate Nash record ‘My Best Friend is You’, came out this week. ApKmedia created quite a bit of video content around the release of this record. Our Tracklisting piece for the record was added to the Deluxe packaging for the Album and we will be posting the other content when Kate is here to play 2 sold out shows (Apr 29 @ Bowery & May 1 at Wbrg Hall of Music). Pick up her record, the reviews on Itunes are great.

+ Finally, the Big News! On May 1, ApKmedia will be expanding into a second space to facilitate our Editing and Audio interests. We are partnering with a soon to be announced enterprise to begin work on a full length Music Doc/Retrospective film. We are truly dedicated to pushing this company into new and ambitious areas and this secondary space will give us the limitless ability to create.
